Advertising Data: Campaign performance metrics (ROAS, spend, revenue, CTR, CPC) from Meta Ads API for the purpose of analysis and optimization.
Usage Data: Session logs and AI Agent actions to improve recommendation quality and platform performance.
Device & Technical Data: Browser type, IP address, and access timestamps for security and fraud prevention.

Operate and improve our AI Agent services for managing your advertising campaigns
Analyze advertising performance and provide personalized, data-driven recommendations
Send notifications related to your advertising account performance
Improve the accuracy of machine learning models specific to your account
Ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent activity
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

3. How We Protect Your Information

All passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing
Access Tokens are stored encrypted in the database
All communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
Your data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes
Expired tokens are automatically deleted from our systems
Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for account protection
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

4. Facebook Permissions We Request

When connecting your account via Facebook Login, we request only the following permissions:

ads_managementManage campaigns (pause/enable/adjust budget) with your explicit authorization

We do not request permissions beyond what is necessary for the core functionality of the platform.

Meta / Facebook API: To access your advertising account data under your explicit permission via OAuth
Hosting Infrastructure: To securely operate the platform's backend services

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time through:

Upon account deletion, all personal data and advertising data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
